Adrian Selby joins Northwest Connecticut Community Foundation Board
Adrian Selby of Litchfield, Conn. has been named to the board of directors of the Northwest Connecticut Community Foundation, which provides philanthropic support to 20 towns in Litchfield County.
Adrian Selby grew up on a dairy farm in Devon, England. In 1972, he began a 40-plus year career in staging and event production working with the internationally acclaimed music band, Genesis.
He went on to become the managing director of TASCO in 1978. TASCO, major global production suppliers to the live concert industry with clients including Elton John, The Who, Diana Ross, The Jacksons and Ozzy Osbourne among many others.
In 1986, he formed his own production company, Aquila Productions, which creates and produces meetings and events for its clients, specializing in media events. Current clients include General Motors, AIMIA, Exelon and Subaru. As CEO, Adrian has been responsible for all aspects of the company's business, including financial management and developing client communications strategies.
