Please complete the Third Sector New England Salary and Benefits Survey

In partnership with foundations and nonprofits in the region, Third Sector New England (TSNE) is conducting a study to collect salary and benefits data from nonprofits. 

The study will be published in a report (June 2017) detailing benefits offered, and salaries paid to employees in hundreds of positions in different types of nonprofits. This final report will also identify best practices and analyze new trends in pay and benefits in our sector.  

This is the 3rd such study from TSNE. The 2010 and 2014 reports, along with an online searchable database are currently available as a free tool for nonprofit managers, board members and employees. View these resources 

Take the Survey

Completing the survey requires that you gather information about people and positions in your organization. You will be able to complete the survey using an easy online survey tool. The survey is designed to be completed at your own pace. You can always save your work and return to it if you don't complete it in one sitting.  

All surveys are due by December 14.

Third Sector New England can only be successful with your help! All information submitted is held in strict confidence. The name of your organization will appear in the report as a contributor, but specific data you provide will only be used in the aggregate and will not be attributed to your organization.
